Welcome to Pick & Perk. By using our parcel collection service, you agree to the following terms:
1. Parcels must be collected within 14 days of being marked ready for pickup.
2. Storage fees apply after 3, 7, and 14 days of non-collection, as displayed at checkout.
3. Pick & Perk is not responsible for damage to parcels prior to receipt at our hub.
4. Proof of collection (photo) will be taken at the time of handover.
5. Please bring valid identification if requested by staff.
